Paralegal Diploma Delivery

Our Diploma of Paralegal Services course is to be completed online via external/distance learning. We have a fantastic student portal and learning management system that supports distance learning.

Completing The Diploma

As this course is ‘competency-based,’ you can work through the paralegal training online material at your own pace. Provided you are marked ‘competent’ for your assessment submissions, you can complete this course in less than 12 months. Should you finalise your studies earlier than the 12-month timeframe, you are required to fully pay for your course to be issued with your certificate and academic transcript.

You have up to 12 months to complete this qualification when no prerequisite modules are required to be completed. If you are required to complete the entry requirements, you have up to 15 months to complete this qualification.

Course Requirements

Entry to the Diploma of Paralegal Services is limited to those who have two years of equivalent full-time relevant work experience OR have completed the following units:

BSBLEG314: Protect information in a legal services environment
BSBLEG423: Conduct simple legal research
BSBLEG424: Support the drafting of complex legal documents

To complete your studies, you must have dedicated Internet access and the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). We prefer that assessments are not produced using Google or other alternative software products.

The total cost to complete this course is $5,580.00; however, we charge $465.00 monthly. Upon enrolment, $465.00 is required to access course content and be able to start your studies. 11 subsequent payments are payable in months 2-12 of your course via direct debit/credit. Unfortunately, no Government funding is available for this course.
