Amanda-Claire Bennett enrolled in the BSB52215 Diploma of Legal Services in October 2019 and successfully completed this qualification on 17 November 2020.
Amanda-Claire has stated that the most impressive aspect of the course was what she learned and the support she received (not having worked in this specific industry). At times, she felt the course was a little overwhelming, but she had the support and assistance to continue and complete it. She was very happy about completing it in the timeframe. She felt that the units covered all aspects of the course quite comprehensively.
